If you need to recover your user name, ensure you enter your details in BLOCK CAPITALS
Once you have recovered your user name, you will require to complete the registration by creating a password.
Thereafter, you can obtain your ‘passport’ by clicking on the link to “Download or request a copy of your vaccination status”. If you have any difficulty with the process, follow the instructions to phone and request it that way.
