The Practice Nurses are responsible for smears, respiratory, diabetic, epilepsy, heart and stroke clinics. They can also offer advice and support on weight management, diet and other health related issues including smoking cessation. Sister Discombe is also a Nurse Prescriber & can prescribe repeat contraception.
Routine treatment room procedures (such as phlebotomy, ear care and wound care/dressings) are now carried out in specialist Treatment Room facilities throughout the West Glasgow area.

The practice manager is involved in managing all of the business aspects of the practice such as making sure that the right systems are in place to provide a high quality of patient care, human resources, finance, patient safety, premises and equipment and information technology. The practice manager supports the GPs and other medical professionals with delivering patient services and also helps to develop extended services to enhance patient care. The Practice is further enhanced by a Practice Administrator and a team of 7 staff providing reception and secretarial support. |

Yvonne & Emma offer health advice and support mainly to families with young children. This includes help with parenting and behaviour management and also support to women with post-natal depression.
